Rescue

Rescue is a non-profit app dedicated to providing mental first aid for people experiencing anxiety or panic attacks.

As someone who experiences anxiety symptoms on a daily basis, I knew that the best way I could contribute was by using my skills and personal experience - so I volunteered to help with the content creation for this amazing app.

This post contains 4 rules of thumb to help reduce anxiety symptoms, in order to prevent anxiety attacks from occuring.

This post helps acknowledging anxiety symptoms for people who are unfamiliar with the unsetteling emotions anxiety comes with.

I decided to design the post in a relatable way, bringing up some popular questions that rise when individulas experience
 anxiety for the first time.

For the third slide, I wrote a comforting and reassuring call that informs this experience is only temporary.
